How do I buy from YZ?
Head to our shop online page! You can also shop directly through our facebook page. Becoming a fan will let you in on our new releases, special discounts and daily madness! We deal directly through paypal so your details are always protected. Alternatively you can email us at sari.yearzero@gmail.com with the items you would like to purchase, make sure you send us your phone number and we will call you for payment details.
How much is postage in Aus?
We send out products via Australia Post. Our system will automatically calculate postage by the weight of the items and your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! When viewing your shopping cart just pop in your location and our system will calculate shipping for you.
How do I pay?
You can pay directly through Paypal which allows you to pay with a credit card or your bank account, email us you order for credit card payments over the phone, or we can email you our direct debit details. We will send the item as soon as the payment has cleared.
If you have a gift/credit voucher with us, email (sari.yearzero@gmail.com) or phone us (03 6333 0759) with your order details and your voucher number.
Can I return the item?
Yes! if the item is faulty, you can return for a refund, shop credit or exchange. Every item is checked very carefully before it is sent so please email or call us asap to let us know exactly what the problem is!
Yes! if the item is the incorrect size, however you will need to pay the cost of returning the item to us. If we don't have the size you are after we can give you a shop credit or exchange only.
Yes! if you have simply changed your mind! Again, you will need to pay for the return of the item and we will give you shop credit or exchange.
All returns must take place within 7 days of receiving the item and you must contact us within 24hrs of receiving the item by phone or email.
